The Facilitators
Infinity Wasserman
After brain surgery eight years ago, Infinity nurtured herself to health and wholeness with a commitment to honoring her soul, reconnecting with her body and healing her nervous system.
She specializes in going places with people that they’re too afraid or don't know how to navigate on their own, through somatic and spiritual practices. Helping people remember the TRUTH of who they are and why they are here. She has completed the SOMA MYSTICA ™ a globally accredited program that integrates neurophysiology, therapeutic psychology practices, spiritual and transpersonal practices as a trauma informed somatic guide. She is trained in TRE®, tension and trauma releasing exercises. A body based, somatic practice that activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. She has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.
Sitara
Sitara works for the well-being of the individual through different modalities including psychotherapy, tarot therapy (not fortune telling but rather self-knowledge and empowerment), Chakra Crystal Healing, Angelic Reiki, Traditional Reiki, Access Bars Therapy, and Healing Massage. Sitara brings awareness to your own self so you can develop self love, inner harmony, and creative interactions with loved ones and your community.
Darshana
Darshana is a special caring soul to offer as a practitioner dedicated to healing the body and soul. As a healing massage provider, Dashana’s treatment seeks to release emotional traumas such as stress, anxiety and depression, through a combination of physical and energetic work. This is achieved through an integrated treatment comprising of deep tissue to relaxing massage, energy movement utilizing Reiki, breathing therapy, and harmonization with Tibetan bowls.
A healing massage is recommended for anyone experiencing: stress, a feeling of stagnation or blockage, anxiety, depression, lack of clarity, and emotional issues.

Climate, Travel & Accommodations
WEATHER, CLOTHING AND PASSPORTS
Since November is part of the shoulder season for Puerto Vallarta, the area is quite enjoyable: the snowbirds have not arrived in full force. As the weather is typically warm and pleasant with minimal rainfall, you’ll enjoy outdoor activities and beach time.
To prepare for your trip, pack light and breathable clothing, but also include a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. The best advice is to wear sturdy walking shoes, preferably close toed.
Don’t forget essentials such as sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. It’s a good idea to bring insect repellent for excursions into nature.
Importantly, ensure your passport is up to date and that it does not expire within 6 months of travel to Puerto Vallarta.
AIRLINES
Puerto Vallarta is served by major US and Canadian airlines with many direct, nonstop flights. Book early as seating can be limited. Airlines require your passport to embark.
HOTELS / ACCOMMODATIONS
We have provided a list of familiar hotel chains and boutique properties. We do not have a block of rooms so book your accommodations early.
